Voorzijde: Portret naar links. Keerzijde: Lotharings kruis met bloesemtak. Diameter 71 mm. 160 gram. Zeer fraai-prachtig. Willem Bronkhorst (1888-1960) was een pionier op het gebied van longziekten en tuberculosebestrijding (waarvan het Lotharingse kruis met dubbele dwarsbalk het symbool is). Hij was de eerste hoogleraar longziekten in Nederland. Albert Termote (1887-1978) was een bekend beeldhouwer, geboren in België, die in de Eerste Wereldoorlog in Nederland ging wonen.
