The poem, Under the Maud Moon, set in Perpetua with Perpetua Titling by Golgonooza Letter Foundry and printed by Darrell Hyder. Gravure plates by Jon Goodman and printed by Clary Nelson and Robert E. Towsend on Lana Paper. Bound by Don Rash in quarter black leather back and dark gray cloth covers with Witkin’s name stamped in black on the front cover. Housed in a slipcase of black cloth sides. Produced during 1992-1993. Kinell's poem first published in 1971 is from his book, The Book of Nightmares. The photographs are 12 full page photogravure reproductions of photos taken in Mexico City, New Mexico and Paris, 1987-1992. As new. .
