POOR condition. Rear cover almost detached. Moderate to heavy soiling, moderate foxing, and several creases, large and small, present to the covers. Two vertical creases present that run the length of the pamphlet and affect the text within. Moderate uneven fading and darkening present to the covers. Lower corner of the pages creased and bent. A jagged 2 inch half moon shaped piece missing from the lower edge of the pamphlet. Moderate foxing and minor scattered soiling throughout, with general fading to the pages. Several pages unopened.
