A single issue of this general interest magazine, featuring 'resolutions of the Corps of Light Horse Volunteers for increasing their effective strength,' a 'Letter, by Order of the Emperor Napoleon, addressed by Gen. Count Montholon to Sir Hudson Lowe, British Governor of the Island of St. Helena,' a brief chart on the strength of the British Navy, and a poem by Lord Byron 'Lines Inscribed Upon a Skull,' among other poems, essays, etc. Also present is a list of East India ships, giving names, owner's names and other info. GOOD condition, lacking covers and endpapers. Minor foxing and staining to the paper, with a noticeable spot to the upper front cover. Good .
