A collection of articles, originally published in The Connecticut Historical Society Bulletin, on various aspects of cabinet making in Connecticut, including notable makers and their contributions to the trade. These include Aaron Roberts, John Wells, George Belden and others. GOOD condition, EX-MUSEUM LIBRARY with the usual markings: bookplate, card pocket and spine label. Spine and extremities somewhat faded. Interior solid, with a few underlines and notations in pencil, presumed from the previous owner, Dean Fales (who gifted this to the museum). Fales authored several books on American furniture. (Ames and Ward p 88). Good/No Jacket.
