London, ca. 1910. 6,5 cm diam. Red wax in copper case embossed wih crown on top lid. With a piece of the cut off blue ribbon and a cotton pad for protection of the seal. In good condition. Sir William Henry Weldon (1837 - 1919) was a prominent figure of the College of Arms in London. Clarenceux King of Arms was his highest and final post, which he served until 1919. H074
