Used; Very Good Paris edition and first full version of 27 stories. Ivan Alekseevich Bunin was the first Russian to be awarded the Nobel Prize for Literature (1933). 'Temnye Allei' (stories characterised by dark, erotic liaisons and love affairs) comprising only 11 stories was published in New York in 1943. Translated as 'Dark Avenues and Other Stories' by Richard Hare 1949, and as 'Shadowed Paths', 1958 by Olga Shatse. Paperback.
