Reflections on the Constitution : The House of Commons, the Cabinet, the CIVIL Service
Manchester University Press. 1951, First Edition. Hardcover, with dust jacket. 220 pages (complete). A pleasingly confident copy. The frontispage has a previous owner signature from Julius Lewin who was a lecturer, later Senior Lecturer, later Associate Professor in the Department of Social Anthropology and African Government at the University of the Witwatersrand. The dustjacket has tanning, wear, scuffing and handling / storage marks. It is secure and sure. The boards are placid and neat. The contents are in excellent condition. There are however, a very few neat pencilled annotations. There is included, a clipping of a review of the book from the New York Times. A certain, benevolent book. fk. Very Good/Fair.
