The Riddle of the Jew's Success
Hammer-Verlag, Leipzig. 1927, First Edition. Hardcover, with dust jacket. 290 pages (complete). A much owned and negligently stored copy of this strident, anti-Semitic polemic. The book and Fritsch, who used Roderich-Stoltheim as one of his pseudonyms, had a profound effect on stoking the anti-Jewish sentiments of Hitler and the nascent Nazi party. The book was translated by the Olympic archer and British fascist, Capel Pownall. The yellow boards are much worn, scuffed, marked all about from storage, handling. They are steady, sure. The contents have much evidence of use. There are creases, handling marks. There are also blotches of foxing and age-related marks. The pages have been mildly waved from storage conditions. Nonetheless, they are resolutely clear, clean, confident, certain, determined. fk. Good/No Jacket.
