A benign copy of this souvenir of perhaps one of the most historic parliamentary occasions in South Africa's history. It was during this visit that Macmillan made his famous 'Winds of Change' speech, the full text of which is printed here. Verwoerd's rather testy reply is also printed here. The covers have some foxing, some light wear about the spine and edges and corners. It is assured, firm. Within, the contents are pleasing. The dustjacket has a clear cellophane protective cover. The dj itself is scuffed, mildly worn and torn at the edges, it is also lightly marked. It is intact and secure. The cover is benign. It has some light shelving wear. It is neat and tidy. Inside, the contents are comfortable to the feel, brimful of integrity and dedication, tight and sure.
