Included: a compliments slip from the Executive Committee 30 Squadron Veterans' Association, with a message to the inscribee from Frederick van Niekerk on the rear; also, a photocopied "Extract from Jack Fisher's Log Book (SAAF Pilot - Ferry Unit) Marauder Trip - 7th October, 1943 : (p.114 in Log Book)". This is most dramatic and interesting. The dustjacket has wear, scuffing, marks from handling and shelving. It is secure and comfortable. The boards are tidy with some light storage fading about the edges. They are steady, very sure, placid. The contents are most pleasing.
