The contents of this issue reveal the academic orientation of the membership - "Abraham Lincoln on the Mexican War" (presumably of some relevance to the Vietnam War), "Marxist Humanism Is Dead" written by Boyden Marison, a Polish emigré & a symposium on "The Future: Liberals and the Democratic Party," one of the participants in which was "active in the formation of the Peace & Freedom Party," early in 1968.
