In full polished and speckled calf-Leather bindings, raised banding to spine, gilt decorations, twin red & green leather spine labels, gilt paneled boards. Blue speckled edges and plain endpapers. In very good conditions. Bindings are a little worn; spines rubbed and darkened. Front hinges are cracked and rears are started. Corners a little bumped and some minor rubbing to edges. Some minor rubbing and marks to boards. Some slight darkening to endpapers, small labels to top corners “Thomas Markland.” Slight darkening to frontis end prelims. (frontis guarded.) Pages very clean and bright. Minor tear to inner margin of p227 v.1. Two small holes to edge of rear endpaper/ contents v.1.
