Cora... chez les hommes sans femmes.
Paris, ╔ditions du Scorpion, 1953. Original wrappers with dust jacket. 250, (6) p. Uncut. First edition. DJ rather bleached. According to the blurb on the dust jacket, Cora, the manager of a 'cabaret d'invertis travestis', is being liberated from a part of her prejudices in the course of this novel. Unfortunately, the telling cover has lost much of its red pigment, probably by being sunned for many years in the sloppy little bookshop where I took pity of this nice Fifties book.
