Illustrated by Hermine Lionette Cartan David, a French painter. In the original black cloth binding. Externally, very smart with the odd small mark to the boards. Original black card slip case is sound with rubbing and light loss to the extremities. Loss to the rear panel and a crack to the joint. Overall slip case is good only. Internally, firmly bound.
