Spine browned with splitting to the cloth at the head. Both hinges tender. Internally, generally firmly bound although strained in places, with map at page 560 loosening. Minor water stain to front board of Volume II. Light sunning to boards, but remain bright. Light bumping to extremities, in particular head and tail of spine. Volume II has a small closed tear to head of spine. Scattered spotting and faint offsetting to end papers. Internally, firmly bound.
