Engraved portrait frontis, facing an engraved title-page (both soiled and creased). Followed by a printed title-page. Colophon to verso of printed title-page: "Glasgow: Andrew & John M. Duncan, Printers to the University". Clear English text on lightly toned paper, just a few creased edges and early inked doodles. VG.

No title page present. The book includes a calendar with saints and phases of the moon, and short poems/verses. Date of publication from p.1 - " [1790.] Janiver." Clear French text throughout on lightly toned paper. Half title with note to verso: The publishers beg to thank the Oxford University Press for enabling them to produce in this tiny form a facsimile of their Pica 16mo New Testament, printed on the very thinnest Oxford India paper ever made" . Clear text throughout (but you will need a magnifying glass! Colophon to base of last leaf: "Printed by Robert Maclehose, Glasgow University Press".
