A very tight, square, copy of this rare book from the collection of Bruce Tegner. This copy is internally Nearly Fine with no significant flaws. Externally the covers are faded along the spine, also faded spots to the card covers. Some dark staining to the outside edges of the text block, not affecting the pages inside. An extremely scarce and important kenpo karate book, a seminal work pre-dating Oyama's first book by five years. A very rare and fragile book. Scans available. Very Good.

The text is in Nearly Fine condition with no noticeable wear to the covers or text. The dust jacket is a bit age-darkened, with a few small spots, but not price-clipped or badly torn. The front panel is intact. There is some wear to the upper edge of the jacket in the upper spine area, but the loss is quite small. A superb copy of this rare 60-year old book.
