The missing plates would generally be catagorized as costume plates. Since the book is in its original Italian binding, the plates were left out either intentionally or mistakenly. They do not represent real figures. All sixteen maps and views, along with the added plate, another view, are present. Cartography by G. Brusco. Schlosser 576. Authorship uncertain: attributed to Giacomo Brusco and Carlo Giuseppe Ratti; cf. Schlosser 576. A beautiful, crisp copy. Good.
