Mitchell Beazley, 1989., A large book, 11.75" x 9.25", beautifully illustrated in colour with 80 full page paintings of fish, crustaceans, molluscs etc. 208 pages including bibliography, with some line drawings within text. Davidson wrote many cookery books, including "Mediterranean Seafood" which won the 1972 Glenfiddich Best Cookery Book prize. He runs the publishing company, Prospect Books, co-founded by Elizabeth David. It describes the fish in detail, besides the various cooking methods. A "visually stunning book". Slight damp stain on cover. 1989
