The booklets are in Good condition and were issued without dust jacket. The Miwok Junior Leader booklet has inked scribbles on the front cover, along with noticeable gorund-in finger dirt to the front covers and several noticeable spots to the rear cover. This booklet also includes a former owner's inked name and scout details. The Troop leader booklet is in generally clean, bright condition, with a small water spot to the top spine end. The text pages are generally clean and bright. Both of these books are designed to help the scout and the leaders to become better scouts / leaders. Undated, but my guess would be 1970's -1980's.. Good .

The woggle was first created in the early 1920s by Bill Shankley, a member of the Gilwell staff. He produced a two-strand Turk's head slide which was adopted as the official woggle. From 1943 to 1989, the Gilwell woggle was awarded on the completion of Basic Training, and the Gilwell scarf and the Wood Badge beads were awarded on the completion of Advanced Training.
