WODEHOUSE, P.G.
The Man With 2 Left Feet
New York, A.L. Burt, 1933. First Edition with "First Edition" stated at the bottom of the copyright page. Handsomely bound in finely woven orange cloth. Clean and tight throughout. With some light wear and a touch of fraying to the top and bottom of the spine ends and a touch of wear at the corners. In a defective, torn and worn pictorial dust jacket by Harry Beckhoff, featuring a dancing couple. The jacket is heavily chipped, missing large pieces, especially a triangular piece 3" x 1" at the left-hand corner of the front panel; and there is a closed tear across the middle of the spine. A good only jacket, given its rarity. Billed as "A feast of Wodehousian delicacies, an orgy of twelve separate and distinct courses served in the ludicrously happy Wodehousian manner.table d'hote or ala carte, as you prefer. A thousand laughs, a thousand chuckles, not a dull moment from the opening curtain "The Man With Two Left Feet" through to "Doing Clarence a Bit of Good." Truly a treat of epicurean good cheer!" (Jacket copy).

P.G. WODEHOUSE
The Mating Season. Read by Jonathan Cecil. Complete and Unabridged. [Audiobook].
"Chivers Audio Books, [Bath, 1992]" "8 cassettes in one case, 8vo., a fine set. Publisher's code CAB 667; total playing time 6 hours 51 minutes. Chivers Audio Books are arguably the finest audio books available. The author's original text is unabridged, the readers (usually professional actors or broadcasters) are selected for the quality of their characterisations, the recordings are produced to high standards in Dolby stereo and the cassettes or discs are housed in robust 'diamond' packs. Not surprisingly, used sets are scarce and almost invariably ex-institutional copies. Sets in the present state and condition are very uncommon."
