ALL OTHER CUSTOMERS CAN ARRANGE PRIOR PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD OR CHEQUE; A PRO-FORMA INVOICE CAN BE ISSUED IF REQUIRED. CREDIT ACCOUNTS CAN BE ESTABLISHED SUBJECT TO SATISFACTORY TRADE REFERENCES.
