It tells the story of the Drill Hall, opened in 1901 by the future King George V and 'occupied' in 1970 by young activists." "The official birthdate of the BC Regiment is 12 October 1883 but it can claim direct descent from the Seymour Artillery Company, formed in New Westminster in 1866."
