Comprised of units from all over the British Empire it was directly opposed by Rommell's Afrika Korps but also involved in securing Syria and Iraq against Axis control. After early success with the relief of the siege of Tobruk, Tobruk fell with the next German advance which at one stage seemed unstoppable, until Alamein and the tide turned, a little rubbed at extrems., staples replaced and binding reinforced, very good,
