Crowen, Mrs. T.J. - Every Lady's Cook Book

New York, Kiggins and Kellogg, 1856. 12mo - over 6¾ - 7¾" tall. Soft cover. 166pp. Publisher's blue wraps, "New and Greatly Improved Edition." Light wear, darkening to covers, foxing to text most heavily to first and last few pages. Book is otherwise sound and appears to be unread, binding is tight. Preface states that this book "has been written for all classes of people: both for those who desire rich, well-seasoned dishes, and for those who prefer more plain diet." This book is a very rare copy of the author's improved revision of her' book "Every Lady's Book." Very Good.
