Binding shows a touch of rubbing to extremities; else tight and in very good condition. No date of publication shown, but it was probably issued in its original cloth binding in 1919 or 1920. Four pages of publisher's ads at the end of the book. Re-bound in full book calf with morocco spine lables and marbled endpapers. Quite a handsome presentation. .
