Gilt titles with coloured pictorial of a Saint to spine and a coloured pictorial of a woman holding a lantern and a man kneeling over a dead man on blue cloth boards. Boards are clean with just the smallest amount of wear to side of spine and to corner tips. Internally the frontispiece is loose and the closed edges are foxed else clean, tight and unmarked. Not dated but British Library has this as 1893. 384 pages and 8 page publisher's catalogue. Illustrations by J. Nash. A Good + copy.
