De koper behoudt het recht om de bestelling binnen 7 dagen te retourneren, waarna restitutie van het aankoopbedrag (excl. verzendkosten)zal plaatsvinden. In het geval van onjuiste beschrijving of verborgen gebreken wordt het gehele aankoopbedrag (incl. verzendkosten) vergoed.

Weitergabe Ihrer Daten
Wir geben Ihre personenbezogenen Daten grundsätzlich nicht an Dritte weiter.
Eine Ausnahme stellt der Versand unserer Kataloge dar, da diese direkt durch unsere beauftragtes Druckunternehmen an Sie versandt werden. Hierzu werden dem Druckunternehmen Ihr Name und Ihre Anschrift mitgeteilt. Unser Druckunternehmen gewährleistet ebenso einen effektiven Datenschutz. Bei E-Mail-Versand der Kataloge wird lediglich Ihre E-Mail benutzt.
Weitere Ausnahmen stellen Gründe dar, wie beispielsweise Nichtbezahlung einer Rechnung, wo wir Ihre Daten an ein Eintreibungsinstitut weitergeben. Weitere Ausnahmen können Untersuchungen der Behörden sein.
Ihre kreditkartenspezifischen Daten werden an das Kreditkarteninstitut weitergegeben (nie per E-mail), damit dieses die von Ihnen in Auftrag gegebene Bezahlung durchführen kann.
Speicherdauer / Recht auf Löschung der Daten
Sofern Ihr Wunsch nicht mit einer gesetzlichen Pflicht zur Aufbewahrung von Daten kollidiert, haben Sie ein Anrecht auf Löschung Ihrer Daten. Von uns gespeicherte Daten werden, sollten sie für ihre Zweckbestimmung nicht mehr vonnöten sein und es keine gesetzlichen Aufbewahrungsfristen geben, gelöscht. Sie können uns jederzeit auffordern, die Zusendung von Katalogen per Post oder per E-Mail einzustellen. Dies können Sie uns an harteveld@bluewin.ch mitteilen. Wir werden dann sofort weitere Katalogversande einstellen.
Wie sicher sind Ihre Daten bei uns?
Zur Sicherung Ihrer Daten unterhalten wir technische- und organisatorische Sicherungsmassnahmen (unter anderem Passwörter), die wir immer wieder dem Stand der Technik anpassen. Der von uns verwendete Server wird regelmässig sorgfältig gesichert. Wir weisen Sie darauf hin, dass die Datenübertragung im Internet (z. B. bei der Kommunikation per E-Mail) Sicherheitslücken aufweisen kann. Ein lückenloser Schutz der Daten vor dem Zugriff durch Dritte ist nicht möglich.

All books are complete and the condition of the book will be indicated as follows:
Fine = as new
Very good = no significant flaws
Good = small flaws (e.g.: slight damage to cover, name on title page, faded colors, yellowish pages, etc.)
Reasonable = clearly read and used copy (e.g.: heavy folds, underlining, creases, etc.)
If a book has the qualification 'reasonable' the flaws will always be described. For the qualification 'good' a description will be given if necessary.
Names on title pages will not be mentioned. If a book has the qualification 'fine' it will of course not have names or ex libris in it.

If the measures of the book are mentioned it will always be hight first and then width (in centimeters). Oblong for example will not be mentioned separately.

Prices are net and in euro's. Postage and bank- or check transfer costs will be charged at cost price. Before finalizing the order you will first receive an e-mail stating the total costs of the transaction.

Books will be delivered at payment in advance. For companies, libraries and regular customers separate arrangements can be made.

Payment can be arranged by giro-transfer.

Books delivered will remain the property of the seller until full payment has been received.

Sending of the ordered books is for the risk of the seller. Seller has the right to insure goods or to send them by registered mail. The sub sequential costs will be charged to the account of the buyer after consulting the buyer.

Each purchase can be returned to the seller within 14 days after reception, without explanation (an e-mail to notify the seller would be appreciated however), after which the billed amount (excluding postage costs) will be restituted to the buyer. If the buyer returns the goods to the seller because the description of the books is not conform the actual condition of the goods then the billed amount including the postage costs will be restituted to the buyer. Returned goods should be received by the seller in the same condition as when sent to the buyer. The risk of returning goods is for the account of the sender.


Verkoopvoorwaarden

Alle boeken zijn compleet en de conditie van het boek wordt als volgt aan geduid:
Gaaf = als nieuw
Zeer goed = geen noemenswaardige gebreken
Goed = lichte gebreken zoals: minimale leesvouwen, lichte beschadiging omslag, verkleuring, etc.)
Redelijk = duidelijk gelezen en gebruikt exemplaar (vouwen, onderstreping, schuingelezen, ezelsoren, etc.)
Als een boek de kwalificatie ‘redelijk’ heeft gekregen wordt altijd vermeld wat dan het gebrek is en bij de kwalificatie ‘goed’ wordt een omschrijving gegeven als dit nodig is.
Namen op schutblad worden niet vermeld. Bij een gaaf boek staat er vanzelfsprekend geen naam op het schutblad.

Als er maten genoemd worden dan altijd eerst de hoogte van het boek en dan de breedte. Oblong formaten worden dus niet apart vermeld.

Prijzen zijn netto en in euro. Porto en bank- en chequekosten worden tegen kostprijs doorberekend. U ontvangt vooraf een opgave van het totaalbedrag per email.

Boeken worden geleverd tegen vooruitbetaling. Aan instellingen, bibliotheken en bekende klanten kan eventueel op rekening worden geleverd.

Betaling kan geschieden via giro-overschrijving.

Geleverde boeken blijven eigendom van de verkoper totdat volledige betaling van het factuurbedrag heeft plaats gevonden.

Het verzenden van de bestelde boeken is voor risico van de verkoper. Verkoper behoudt zich het recht voor de goederen te verzekeren en/of aangetekend te verzenden. De kosten hieruit voortvloeiend worden na overleg doorberekend aan de koper.

We pride ourselves on thorough descriptions of all of our books. Therefore, all sales are final unless the book is not as described, in which case it may be returned for a refund of the purchase price if received within 10 days (Domestic), 21 days (International) or by other arrangement.
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover Card. We also accept PayPal but must charge 5% of the total to cover those fees., cash (at sender's risk and not preferred).

We also endeavor to be environmentally friendly and use recycled packaging when and how appropriate.

Orders: Prices are in Euro; handling charges and VAT incl.
Bank costs and postage are not included in prices. Books can be ordered by E-mail or telephone. We will reply to confirm availability of the book and the costs. The books will be reserved for 14 days awaiting full payment, unless otherwise agreed.
After this period the reservation will be cancelled. The property of the goods does not pass on purchaser until the invoice has been paid in full.

Payment: Customers are kindly requested to pay by bank, giro, Paypal, Visa or Mastercard.
All complaints within one week after receiving the books. Items that do not meet expectations returnable within 7 days of receipt and your payment will be refunded, less shipment costs.

Member of Union Antiquarian Book and Modern ( SLAM ) and the International League of Antiquarian Book ( LILA in french or ILAB in English). Our books are guaranteed to conform to the description contained each sheet and if, as a result of an error or oversight, this was not the case, the book will be taken ( in two weeks) and paid (including return postage ) provided it is returned in the same condition as purchased.
Our prices are in Euros, free packaging, postage and insurance are included for a shipment in Metropolitan France regardless of the value of the book (unless otherwise stated). Shipments, made under the responsibility of the buyers, are made by the Post Office in Colissimo, recommended with insured value from 50 € up to 5,000 € (delivery against signature, tracking the package and insured value); for works of less than € 50, shipments are made by letter followed; works whose value exceeds € 5,000 must be sent by special carrier: Chronopost with insured value and delivery against signature. For all shipping outside mainland France, postage and insurance costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipments are made under the same conditions stated above.

Membre du Syndicat du Livre Ancien et Moderne (SLAM) et de la Ligue Internationale du Livre Ancien (LILA, ou ILAB en anglais), nos ventes se font selon les usages de la profession.Tous nos ouvrages sont garantis conformes à la description qui figure dans chaque fiche ; si, par suite d’une erreur ou d’un oubli, ce n’était pas le cas, l’ouvrage sera repris (dans les quinze jours) et remboursé (y compris les frais de réexpédition), à condition qu’il soit restitué dans le même état qu’à l’achat.
Nos prix sont en Euros, emballage gratuit, les frais de port et d'assurance sont inclus pour un envoi en France Métropolitaine quelle que soit la valeur de l'ouvrage (sauf mention contraire). Les envois, effectués sous la responsabilité des acheteurs, se font par la Poste en Colissimo, recommandés avec valeur assurée dès 50 € et ce jusqu'à 5 000 € (remise contre signature, suivi du colis et valeur assurée) ; pour les ouvrages inférieur à 50 €, les envois sont effectués en lettre suivie ; les ouvrages dont la valeur dépasse 5 000 € sont obligatoirement expédiés par transporteur spécial : Chronopost avec valeur assurée et remise contre signature. Pour toute expédition en dehors de la France Métropolitaine, les frais de port et d'assurance restent à la charge du client. Les envois sont effectués selon les mêmes conditions énoncées ci-dessus.

Scans and digital images supplied on request.

2. Upon receipt of an order, an e-mail is sent confirming that the book is available and stating the cost for the book(s) ordered and postage cost. Orders are despatched after receipt of payment.
3. Payment by bank transfer or Paypal
4. All postage is at the buyer's expense.
5. If a book in any way does not correspond with the description given, it may be returned within 7 days, stating reasons. Postage is at the buyer's expense.
6. VAT is not charged on antiquarian books.


Verkoopvoorwaarden

1. Alle boeken zijn compleet en in goede staat, tenzij anders vermeld. Kleine onvolkomenheden, zoals een stempel of een naam op het schutblad of lichte beschadigingen die normaal zijn voor gebruikte boeken, zijn niet altijd vermeld.
2. Na ontvangst van een bestelling ontvangt de koper een e-mail met bevestiging dat het boek beschikbaar is met opgave van de prijs en de verzendkosten. Boeken worden geleverd tegen vooruitbetaling. Aan instellingen, bibliotheken of bekende klanten kan met factuur worden geleverd.
3. Betaling door bankoverschrijving of door middel van Paypal.
4. Verzendkosten zijn voor rekening van de koper.
5. Als een boek op welke wijze dan ook niet blijkt overeen te komen met de gegeven omschrijving kan het binnen 7 dagen worden geretourneerd, onder opgaaf van redenen. Verzendkosten zijn voor rekening van de koper.
6. BTW wordt niet vermeld ('margeregeling').
