Er wordt naar gestreefd alle boeken, prenten, tekeningen, documenten en brieven gedetailleerd te beschrijven. We gaan er van uit dat de klant begrijpt dat het door ons aangeboden antiquarische materiaal vaak een hoge ouderdom heeft bereikt en kan vergeleken worden met de oudere mens of de oudere aardappel: met rimpels en gebreken van diverse aard. Roestvlekjes, verzuring, waterschade, scheurtjes, stempels, defecten aan band en papier worden in de regel allemaal vermeld. Voorwaarden bij de verkoop volgens de richtlijnen opgesteld door NVvA en ILAB. Prijzen excl. btw [Nederland en Europa] en porto, behoudens houders van een BTW registratie nummmer. Porto tegen kostprijs. Normaalgesproken levering met factuur in het geval van bekende relaties, veelal wordt gevraagd de factuur bij vooruitbetaling te voldoen. Oudere stukken worden aangetekend en verzekerd verstuurd. Koeriersdiensten Fedex, DHL etc. mogelijk op verzoek, kosten voor de kopende partij. Boeken etc. blijven onvervreemdbaar eigendom van B.M.Israel BV antiquariaat totdat volledige betaling heeft plaatsgevonden. Retourzendingen en teruggave recht: binnen 14 dagen wanneer het artikel niet voldoet aan de verwachting of afwijkt van de beschrijving. Graag in dit geval uw bericht omtrent terugzending. Kosten voor en risico van terugzending en verzekering voor de kopende partij. Retourgezonden materiaal dient ons te bereiken in dezelfde staat als die waarin ze werd verzonden.
