(ISBN: 0297177109) Hard Cover, 8vo - over 7? - 9? tall. sewn sheets so better quality than is usual from British publishers, minor adhesive stain (shows as brown rust) to top and bottom edges of the endpapers, minor darkening to top and bottom edges of the cloth boards where adhesive offset from sleeve ( now removed) on DW, book has minor spotting to closed edges, dust jacket price clipped, flaps a little creased, some adhesive stain to top and bottom edge but still tidy ( nb the scanning mechanism has pixellated the flap photo), one tiny tear above R of front panel, 384pp. Very Good/Very Good.

Within New Zealand (per order/ parcel) NZ $10.00 tracked parcel post or courier if order value over $250 NZ.
Australia NZD $20 to $40 by weight under 1kg.
Anywhere else NZD $40 to $60 by weight under 1kg.

RETURNS POLICY
-Books received which are markedly different from the description, or damaged in transit, may be returned within 7 days locally or 30 days internationally for a full refund of the book cost, less shipping, after prior agreement with the seller. Please make no returns until we have agreed on a remedy to the situation.
-All orders shipped by air mail with up to 4-6 weeks to international destinations outside New Zealand. Prices in New Zealand Dollars.
