Following conditions of sale apply:
Terms of Sale

The books are complete and in good second hand condition, unless otherwise stated.
Prices are quoted in Euro and do not include VAT (6%).
Shipping charges are by weight and equal to the value of postage. Billing is based on shipping with barcode. For fully insured delivery customers should request registered postage.
For orders below euro 15 an extra charge of euro 1 is applied
Normally you will be billed in advance; books are shipped within 2 days after receipt of payment, unless agreed otherwise.
Books may be returned for a refund within 1 week of delivery; all costs of mailing are charged to the customer, however, unless the description of the book was incorrect.
For customers within the European Community we prefer payment by bank to bank transfer.
For customers from outside the EC we prefer payment by Visa or Mastercard or Paypal.
Payment can also be maid through Western Union Money Wire, Moneygram, or by sending cash (registered)

Postage charged at approximate cost plus a small charge for packing materials.For overseas orders we will quote you for air or surface mail. Books may be returned promptly for any reason, but please notify us first. The buyer is responsible for postage unless the book is wrongly described.
Credit cards accepted: Visa,Mastercard,Maestro,Delta,Switch. We also accept sterling cheques. You may phone or fax your card details or spread them over two emails.
