It tells you in plain English how anyone can experience the amazing phenomena of astral travel, all in a clear and down to earth fashion. It explains the oobex philosophy of life, death, spirit life and reincarnation. The many physical health and mental health issues include a very effective natural drug-free pain control system, a possible contributory insight into epilepsy and mental disease, important implications to the partially sighted/blind. Other issues include sexual deviance, abortion, euthanasia, physical and mental abuse. The whole sleep system is explained including the reason we dream. Also many kinds of sleep disturbance is examined including, sleep walking, dreaming, nightmares and night terrors in general. The animal connection is investigated as part of the food chain and as part of a spiritual system. Religion is clearly explained, how God works and what it is, plus what happens when we die and where we go from there. This book impacts on all sections of life for all people.
