Suffern's signature on the half-title page. 66 pp. 12mo format in cream softcover wraps with front titles. This copy bears the Lucis Trust bookplate inside the front cover, rear library pocket, etc. A very fragile copy, missing the backstrip. Also the front cover is detached and has soiling tears and edge-chipping. Rear cover is similar but barely attached. Sewn binding is shaken but hanging on. Modest "old book" smell. A Fair copy of this very scarce item with interesting association. Fair.
