Calf, gilt spine (binding sl.worn, spine beginning to split; outer margin few pages sl.water stained, but over all good copy) ¶Abbé Deidier (1696-1746) published several mathemathical works. He was i.a. professor of artillery at the military school in La Fère. ¶Except for the preliminary quire and A1 - and of course the absence of 'Approbation en Privileges du roy' - the typesetting and fingerprint are identical to those of the Paris edition of 1736.
