Green calf spine and corners over green buckram boards. Spine with five raised bands and original red leather title label. Also, white ink library reference to the base of the spine. Edges rubbed and bumped. Original bookplate to verso of the front board: "James G. J. Penderel Brodhurst Count De Boscobel". Now overlaid with library labels for "London Borough Of Barking". Library stamp to front free-endpaper, and smaller stamp to border of the title -page, and the folding prospectus at the end. All 20 plates present and well bound, prededed by contents and testimonials. A very good copy of this unusual publication.* Issued with folding prospectus "Parish's portfolio of antiquities. No. 1, Colchester, imp. 10mo, 20 plates, in cloth portfolio, gilt. Representing faithfully all the principal antiquities in Colchester, comprising 110 objects ..
