Following conditions of sale apply:
Verkoopvoorwaarden

Alle boeken zijn compleet en de conditie van het boek wordt als volgt aan geduid:
- Gaaf = als nieuw
- Zeer goed = geen noemenswaardige gebreken, ook geen naam op schutblad
- Goed = lichte gebreken zoals: minimale leesvouwen, lichte beschadiging omslag, verkleuring, naam op schutblad etc.
- Redelijk = duidelijk gelezen en gebruikt exemplaar: vouwen, onderstreping, ezelsoren, etc.
Alle boeken worden zoveel mogelijk volledig beschreven. Kleine gebreken, zoals naam op schutblad of lichte beschadigingen die normaal zijn voor gebruikte boeken zijn niet altijd aangegeven.

Prijzen zijn netto, in euro en inclusief btw, exclusief verzendkosten.
Verzendkosten worden berekend volgens de tarieven van de Belgische Post, vermeerderd met 1 euro (= verpakking)
U ontvangt vooraf een opgave van het totaalbedrag per email.
Indien gewenst kan een factuur worden geleverd.
Boeken worden geleverd tegen vooruitbetaling.
Betaling gebeurt via bankoverschrijving op onze rekening. Geen kredietkaart.
Het verzenden van de bestelde boeken is voor risico van de verkoper. Verkoper behoudt zich het recht voor de goederen te verzekeren en/of aangetekend te verzenden. De kosten hieruit voortvloeiend worden doorberekend aan de koper.
De boeken worden met zorg verpakt
Elke aankoop kan binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst, zonder opgaaf van reden, aan verkoper retour gezonden worden. Wel dient u aan Antiqbook door te geven dat u een zending retour zendt, waarna restitutie van het aankoopbedrag (niet de verzendkosten) volgt. Is de retourzending een gevolg van een onvolledige beschrijving dan wordt het aankoopbedrag inclusief verzendkosten en retourporto terugbetaald. Retourzendingen dienen verkoper te bereiken in dezelfde staat als waarin ze aan koper verzonden werden. Het risico van retourzendingen is nadrukkelijk voor de afzender.

All prices quoted in Canadian dollars.
Items will be held for 10 days and shipped upon receipt of payment.
Payment by cheque (U.S.A. or Canada), VISA, MC, Paypal or International Money Order.
Add 6% GST on Canadian Orders.
Books may be returned within five days of receipt for full refund or credit, if not as described. Notification by email or fax required prior to return. Shipping cost will only be refunded if the return is a result of our error.
Customer Satisfaction is important to us and if there is a problem with your order, please contact us and we will do all we can to make it right.
We ship within 3 working days of receiving your order.
SHIPPING TERMS: Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 lbs or 1 kg. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required.
When packaging our items for shipping, we ALWAYS use protective materials.

Payment in advance required for all orders. Post and packing at cost. Please note international surface mail to non-european countries can take upto 8 weeks. Items may be returned for a refund within 28 days (return post only refunded if item is not as described).
I do accept: VISA, Mastercard, Delta, Maestro, Solo and also Paypal, GBP cheque, GBP/Euros cash and payment by bank transfer.

Books are sold net plus a min. $7.99 s&h. Typically, my books are heavier or larger than standard books, and most orders ship at cost + $4 for handling and supplies. I use the United States Post Office for all my shipping. I extend 10% trade discount.

I accept cash, money orders, PAYPAL, VISA, Mastercard, Discover as methods of payment. I also trade on occasion. I am able to extend credit to those institutions which desire to sell or trade duplicates and discards but are not allowed or able to accept cash payments for such material.

Books may be returned if not as described providing they enter the return mail-stream within seven (7) days of arrival and rejection by the customer. Booklets 16 pages and less are not returnable for any reason. Books returned to me outside of these conditions will not be refunded and will not be returned to the original purchaser until the same s&h charges that were originally charged are paid again to facilitate such return. This has only been an issues three times in 19 years, however.

Also, I maintain want lists in these areas, and conduct searches for any title my customers seek, whether in my field of expertise of not. I buy and sell collections and libraries of books in the topic areas listed above and offer collection development service. Books are available for viewing by appointment. I am located in the scenic Amish Country of Lancaster County, PA, 90 minutes from Philadelphia, 2 hours from Washington, DC and 4 hours from New York City.
