Verkoopvoorwaarden

Prijzen zijn netto, in Euro en inclusief omzetbelasting (niet vermeld op de rekening in verband met deelname aan de Margeregeling). Verzendkosten op basis van kostprijs zijn voor rekening van de koper, evenals de eventuele kosten voor verzekerd en/of aangetekend verzenden. Bij waardevolle boeken behouden wij ons het recht voor de bestelling aangetekend te verzenden. Verzending geschiedt voor risico van de verkoper.

Bij bekende klanten binnen Nederland leveren we meestal op rekening. Ook ALTIJD uw telefoonnummer vermelden!

Geleverde boeken blijven eigendom van de verkoper totdat volledige betaling van het factuurbedrag heeft plaats gevonden. Bestellingen kunnen schriftelijk, telefonisch of per email worden geplaatst. Ook kunt u de boeken inzien in onze winkel (ATTENTIE : wel liefst na kennisgeving hiervan vooraf). Alle boeken zijn volledig beschreven en in goede staat tenzij anders vermeld. Kleine gebreken, zoals naam op schutblad of lichte beschadigingen die normaal zijn voor gebruikte boeken, zijn niet altijd aangegeven. Elke aankoop kan binnen 7 dagen na ontvangst aan verkoper retour gezonden worden; wel gaarne de door ons gemaakte portokosten vergoeden en een voorafgaande email wordt op prijs gesteld. Bij een retourzending ten gevolge van een onvolledige beschrijving vergoeden wij de retourporto. Het risico van retourzendingen is nadrukkelijk voor de afzender.

All books are returnable if the customer is dissatisfied within ten days of purchase. All items are offered subject to prior sale. Payment by PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, or money order or check. Payment with order except for those customers known to us. Libraries and institutions invoiced with shipment. All shipments within the U.S. are made by UPS Ground or USPS. Shipping charges: By USPS media mail, $4 for the first book, $1 for each additional book. By UPS, $7.00 for the first book; $2.00 for each additional book. Larger, heavier items may result in additional shipping charges. Maryland residents must add 5% sales tax. For customers outside of the U.S., shipment will be made only via insured surface or insured airmail, unless the customer specifically requests an uninsured method (i.e., global priority) and specifically assumes all risks for lost shipments. Return policy:
Items not conforming to the catalogue description may be returned within 30 days of receipt, when a full refund will be provided.
