This is the story of the assassination of Reinhard Heydrich in 1942 and the subsequent repercussions and dramatic shoot-out in a Prague church. Burgess interviewed many close to Operation Anthropoid. The dustjacket is worn, faded. It has wear to all extremities and corners. The front cover has the remains of a retailer sticker. The back cover has a previous bookdealer sticker. Both front and back dj covers are scuffed. The green cloth cover is in good repair: strong, vigorous. There are surface shelf depressions and the head and foot of the spine have shelf pulls. The frontispage has a previous owner inscription and the remains of a sticker. Paper trims are foxed. The initial and end pages are also foxed. The body of the book is in good solid, sturdy condition. The pages are clean, confident, firmly attached, clear and sure. fk. Good/Poor.
