Engraved portrait frontis (of David Livingstone) and 3 full-page illustrations. Pages lightly toned. Dedication (dated 1907) in a contemporary hand to fep. Original green embossed cloth covers. Front board with blind-stamp decoration, a coloured rose inlay, and gilt title. Spine similarily decorated with gilt title and blind-stamp decoration. Edges lightly rubbed, the rest of the decoration still quite bright. A well preserved copy.

Payment
We accept payment by credit card; i.e.: Mastercard, VISA, AMEX, Switch or Delta. If you wish to pay by cheque the payment needs to be in GBP(£)- UK Sterling. If payment is in any other currency an extra £12.00 needs to be added to the list price to cover our Bank's conversion charges.
Please ensure that we have your card number, expiry date and name and address that pertains to the card. We will also need the 3 digit code from the reverse of your card. Customers will realise that credit card payments are processed at this end in UK pounds sterling and debited to their own accounts at the current rate of exchange.
Return of goods
Every care has been taken with the description of all books listed. However if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase. You may return the books promptly for a full refund of the invoice value. We must insist you contact us immediately to let us know of your intentions.

Postage will be charged extra; for both home and abroad deliveries.

Packages sent to U.K. addresses will go first-class unless otherwise agreed.
Packages sent overseas can be sent by surface-mail or airmail.
