Fine-looking, structurally sound hardcover, little discernible wear, bright interior, unmarked. xxiv, 189 pp., with frontis and plentiful other, full-page, full-color illustrations, printed on high-gloss paper. It's a fine collection of Troiani's most popular Civil War art. This copy came from the estate of Dr Murrell Elroy Lewis from Cleveland Ohio, a Ph.D. in Physics and who taught literature at The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio. He was an avid and lifelong book collector, with many noted rare books in his collection.
