There is no longer any seamail or economy airmail service: the cheapest postage method overseas is now airmail, which gets books to Europe and USA in 7-10 days BUT AT PRESENT WILL TAKE LONGER THAN THAT(this is now the cheapest method and we will use it unless requested otherwise). Tracking is available. There is also a courier post service with tracking which is slightly faster and considerably more expensive.
