Terms of Sale

Payment
We accept payment by credit card; i.e.: Mastercard, VISA, AMEX, Switch or Delta. If you wish to pay by cheque the payment needs to be in GBP(£)- UK Sterling. If payment is in any other currency an extra £12.00 needs to be added to the list price to cover our Bank's conversion charges.
Please ensure that we have your card number, expiry date and name and address that pertains to the card. We will also need the 3 digit code from the reverse of your card. Customers will realise that credit card payments are processed at this end in UK pounds sterling and debited to their own accounts at the current rate of exchange.
Return of goods
Every care has been taken with the description of all books listed. However if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase. You may return the books promptly for a full refund of the invoice value. We must insist you contact us immediately to let us know of your intentions.
Postage
Postage will be charged extra; for both home and abroad deliveries.
For considerations of time and safety, please contact us. All books are checked, and carefully packed before despatch.
Packages sent to U.K. addresses will go first-class unless otherwise agreed.
Packages sent overseas can be sent by surface-mail or airmail.
If packages are sent via airmail, the package can be insured at the customers expense. Please contact us to discuss your needs.

Bestellingen die in het weekend worden geplaatst, worden vaak 's maandags pas in behandeling genomen.

Verzendkosten NL: € 3,00 voor brievenbuspost en € 5,00 voor pakketpost.
Verzendkosten BE: € 7,50
Afhalen is helaas niet mogelijk.

MEERDERE BOEKEN TEGELIJK BESTELLEN? Geen probleem!

Vanaf twee boeken betaalt u slechts € 5,00 aan verzendkosten (tarief pakketpost, voor België blijft het € 6,50). Boeken worden nooit opengevouwen verzonden.

Boeken blijven na verzending van de bevestiging en het betaalverzoek uiterlijk 5 dagen voor u gereserveerd, tenzij anders overeengekomen. GEEN REACTIE? Check svp uw SPAM-box.

Extra zekerheid? De koper kan ervoor kiezen de goederen te verzekeren en/of aangetekend te laten verzenden. Deze extra kosten zijn voor de koper. Graag vooraf vermelden als u hiervoor kiest. Binnen NL worden vrijwel alle boeken verzonden met track & trace (PostNL & DHL). U kunt uw pakket dus altijd volgen.

Betaalmogelijkheden: iDeal, BanContact, Credit Card of Bankoverschrijving. Boeken worden na ontvangst van betaling verzonden. U ontvangt daarcvoor een aparte mail.

Check s.v.p. voor het definitief plaatsen van de bestelling of uw adresgegevens kloppen (postcode en huisnummer). Het verzendtraject loopt ernstige vertraging op, en er zal een nieuw verzendlabel aangekocht moeten worden als het adres per abuis verkeerd is ingevoerd.
