Following conditions of sale apply:
Terms of Sale

All books are complete and in good condition, unless otherwise stated. Some wear and small defects like a name on an end paper, a few underlining, usually are not mentioned.

Orders: Prices are in Euro; handling charges and VAT incl.
Bank costs and postage are not included in prices. Books can be ordered by E-mail or telephone. We will reply to confirm availability of the book and the costs. The books will be reserved for 14 days awaiting full payment, unless otherwise agreed.
After this period the reservation will be cancelled. The property of the goods does not pass on purchaser until the invoice has been paid in full.

Payment: Customers are kindly requested to pay by bank, giro, Paypal, Visa or Mastercard.
All complaints within one week after receiving the books. Items that do not meet expectations returnable within 7 days of receipt and your payment will be refunded, less shipment costs.

Shipment: Postage is not included in the price as shown on our site.
Please state your wishes together with your order otherwise we will send by surface class

Verkoopvoorwaarden

Alle boeken zijn complete en tenminste in goede staat. Kleine gebreken, zoals naam op schutblad of lichte beschadigingen die normaal zijn voor gebruikte boeken zijn niet altijd aangegeven.
Prijzen zijn netto, in euro en inclusief BTW. Verzendkosten bank en chequekosten worden tegen kostprijs doorberekend.. U ontvangt vooraf een opgave van het totaalbedrag per email.
Boeken worden geleverd tegen vooruitbetaling. Aan instellingen, bibliotheken en bekende klanten kan eventueel met factuur worden geleverd.


Betaling kan geschieden via bank- of giro overschrijving, via Paypal en met Visa en Mastercard.
Geleverde boeken blijven eigendom van de verkoper totdat volledige betaling van het factuurbedrag heeft plaats gevonden.
Het verzenden van de bestelde boeken is voor risico van de verkoper.
Verkoper behoudt zich het recht voor na overleg met de koper de goederen te verzekeren en/of aangetekend te verzenden. De kosten hieruit voorvloeiend worden doorberekend aan de koper.
Elke aankoop kan binnen 7 dagen na ontvangst, zonder opgaaf van reden, aan verkoper retour worden gezonden (een voorafgaande kennisgeving per email wordt op prijs gesteld), waarna restitutie van het aankoopbedrag (niet de verzendkosten) volgt.
Is de retourzending een gevolg van een onvolledige beschrijving dan wordt het aankoopbedrag inclusief verzendkosten en retourporto gerestitueerd. Retourzendingen dienen verkoper te bereiken in dezelfde staat als waarin ze aan de koper werden verzonden. Het risico van retourzendingen is nadrukkelijk voor de afzender.

We trade books according the rules of the I.L.A.B. (International League of Antiquarian Booksellers) of which we are a member. Prices are net. Shipping is not included. We charge shipping costs at the rates of the Belgian Postal Services. In our order confirmation we state the actual costs. Books can be returned within 10 days after delivery with our explicit consent if they do not correspond to the description. As payment we only accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express. or IBAN banktransfer. For orders with a value over 500 EURO other payment methods can be arranged but this needs to be settled when placing the order. Customers of the European Community can also pay with a direct transfer to my bank account in Antwerp (Belgium). Account number: 320-0402327-41. IBAN BE 88 320 040 232 741, BIC BBRUBEBB . Please note that a returned book should be sent to WIM DE GOEIJ Postbox 520 NL-4645 ZW PUTTE The Netherlands. INSURANCE: The goods travel at the risk of the buyer. Extra insurance can be arranged for at prime cost but should be asked for when ordering.

We berekenen de verzendkosten volgens de tarieven van de Belgische Post. De exacte verzendkosten worden in onze bestelbevestiging opgegeven. Bestelde boeken kunnen teruggestuurd worden binnen 10 dagen indien ze niet overeenstemmen met de beschrijving en na ons expliciet accoord. Als betaling aanvaarden we Visa, Mastercard, American Express en IBAN bankoverschrijving op onze bankrekening te Antwerpen : 320-0402327-41. IBAN BE 88 320 040 232 741, BIC BBRUBEBB. Voor bestellingen boven de € 500 kunnen andere betalingsmethoden gelden Gelieve te noteren dat voor terugzendingen steeds ons postbus adres gebruikt moet worden : WIM DE GOEIJ Postbox 520 NL-4645 ZW PUTTE Nederland. VERZEKERING : De goederen worden verzonden op risico van de ontvanger. Een verzekering kan aangevraagd worden door de ontvanger en wordt door ons aan kostprijs doorberekend.

Nous gérons notre librairie suivant les règles du L.I.L.A. (Ligue Internationale de la Librairie Ancienne), dont nous sommes membre. Les prix sont net. Les frais de port ne sont pas inclus. Nos tarifs pour les envois sont ceux de la Poste Belge. Les frais exacts sont communiqués dans notre acceptation de commande. Un livre commandé peut être retourné s'il ne corresponds pas à la description, seulement dans un délai de dix jours après la réception et avec notre accord explicit. Comme paiement nous acceptons carte bleue, Visa, Mastercard, American Express et paiement bancaire IBAN sur notre compte à Anvers : 320-0402327-41. IBAN BE 88 320 040 232 741, BIC BBRUBEBB.
