The company was founded in Boston in 1880. During the last decade of the 19 th C the firm produced many juveniles with large chromoliths. VERY RARE. covers show overall light soil, edges are worn , piece missing from lower foreedge of rear cover, loose in binding, cover illustrations on cover show some wear, Vovelle.. a paper disk attached behind a cover,when the disk is rotated it reveals alternative pieces of information on the cover page. Fair.
