We accept payment by credit card; i.e.: Mastercard, VISA, AMEX, Switch or Delta. If you wish to pay by cheque the payment needs to be in GBP(£)- UK Sterling. If payment is in any other currency an extra £12.00 needs to be added to the list price to cover our Bank's conversion charges.
Please ensure that we have your card number, expiry date and name and address that pertains to the card. We will also need the 3 digit code from the reverse of your card. Customers will realise that credit card payments are processed at this end in UK pounds sterling and debited to their own accounts at the current rate of exchange.
Return of goods
Every care has been taken with the description of all books listed. However if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase. You may return the books promptly for a full refund of the invoice value. We must insist you contact us immediately to let us know of your intentions.
Postage
Postage will be charged extra; for both home and abroad deliveries.
For considerations of time and safety, please contact us. All books are checked, and carefully packed before despatch.
Packages sent to U.K. addresses will go first-class unless otherwise agreed.
Packages sent overseas can be sent by surface-mail or airmail.

All books prices are listed in British Pounds (Pounds Sterling, GBP).
We can accept payment via PayPal.
We can accept payment by cheque, but the cheque must be drawn against a British bank account and must be payable in British Pounds.
Note that where payment by cheque is requested, books will not be dispatched until we have received the cheque and are satisfied that it has cleared.
Where possible, we aim to dispatch books within one working day of receipt of payment, although circumstances may occasionally dictate a slightly slower response.
Our basic postage and packing charges are as follows:
United Kingdom: 3.80 GBP, plus 1.95 GBP for each additional item.
Europe (Airmail): 6.00 GBP, plus 2.45 GBP for each additional item.
Outside Europe (Airmail): 8.20 GPB, plus 3.45 GPB for each additional item.
Outside Europe (Surface Mail): 5.80 GBP, plus 2.45 GBP for each additional item.
Postage will be calculated individually for each order, with regard to the size and weight of the overall package, so the shipping charges above should be considered to be guidelines only.
Destinations within Europe for the purposes of the above rates are:

Approximate delivery times from date of posting:
United Kingdom: Three days.
Europe: Usually within one week.
Outside Europe (Airmail): Usually within ten days.
Outside Europe (Surface): Varies, but allow up to twelve weeks.
Please allow at least the above times to elapse before reporting an order to us as missing in transit.
Charges are based on items with an average weight of around 350g. Where one or more items to be dispatched significantly exceed this weight we may request that the postage charge be increased to cover this. We may, at our discretion, lower the postage charge where the weight of the package is unusually low.
Where books are found by the customer to be not as described a full refund including postage charges will be provided upon return of the items in a timely manner and in the condition in which they were dispatched to the customer.
Where books are returned by the customer for other reasons (e.g. purchased in error) then the purchase cost of the books only will be refunded upon return of the items in a timely manner and in the condition in which they were dispatched to the customer.
