Allegheny City, PA, No Publisher. Unbound. no date. Presumed late 1800s, early 1900s. Single sheet, roughly 6 by 7 inches. A reward flier or handbill for the arrest of Charles E. Cochran for embezzlement. Includes a small photograph, as well as a description of his appearance, characterizing him as a fast talker, very gentlemanly in manner, very dressy etc. GOOD condition. Small hole in the upper center of the paper, with another small hole near the lower right corner. Flier appears to have been removed from a backing of some sort, resulting in the peeling off of paper on the reverse side, somewhat visible on the front. Minor toning. Two horizontal fold creases present, with a small tear at the edge of one. Good .
