Book itself tight & clean incl crisp and clean throughout interior. DJ clean, price corner intact, only a few minor edge flaws. Numerous vintage b&w photos. Vignette illustration chapter heads in rust brown. Photo-illustrated endpapers. Both authors have signed the ffep. Near Fine/Very Good. Signed by Author.
