A single issue of this journal devoted to architecture, interior design and other aspects of house planning and decoration. This issue with an article on 'A cottage in the city' depicting a residence presumably in the Portland, Oregon region; "Four Picturesque Gardens at Bar Harbor, Maine" etc. FAIR/GOOD condition. One page of ads cut in half lengthwise, thus MISSING half the leaf. Minor to moderae toning, soiling, staining and wrinkling to the wrappers. Small amount of insect wear along the top edge. A few small tears along the extremities, with the spine split, chipped and worn, including some loss. Some toning in the interior. Fair .
