All books and papers are offered for sale subject to being unsold; book listings are updated regularly but at least once a week. Descriptions have been made carefully and all material is guaranteed to be in good second-hand or better condition if not stated otherwise; markings as found frequently in secondhand books (e.g. small stamps, former owner’s names, etc.) are mostly not mentioned if unobtrusive.
Any item found unsatisfactory can be returned for any reason within one week after receipt against full refund (minus shipping charges), later returns will be accepted only with our previous written permission.
Prices include VAT at the Dutch rate of 6% to customers within the European Union. Buyers registered for VAT exemption should include their VAT code with their order.
Orders by telephone should be confirmed in writing by mail, by fax or by e-mail.
Postage is extra to which is added a standard amount of € 1.00 per parcel towards cost of quality packing and handling.
Payment after receipt of our order confirmation by e-mail (or by proforma invoice if required) which will include full details about prices, additional charges and means of payment.
Payments are accepted by bank transfer (free within EU countries), bank cheque (incurring extra bank charges at € 15.00), Postal Giro, or PayPal. We have no facilities for processing directly credit card payments but we will welcome these through intermediary of PayPal.

We accept payment by credit card; i.e.: Mastercard, VISA, AMEX, Switch or Delta. If you wish to pay by cheque the payment needs to be in GBP(£)- UK Sterling. If payment is in any other currency an extra £12.00 needs to be added to the list price to cover our Bank's conversion charges.
Please ensure that we have your card number, expiry date and name and address that pertains to the card. We will also need the 3 digit code from the reverse of your card. Customers will realise that credit card payments are processed at this end in UK pounds sterling and debited to their own accounts at the current rate of exchange.
Return of goods
Every care has been taken with the description of all books listed. However if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase. You may return the books promptly for a full refund of the invoice value. We must insist you contact us immediately to let us know of your intentions.
