Postage at buyers cost, packaging is no charge, we don't have surface mail in NZ so all books are shipped internationally by Airmail (either priority or economy). All books shipped same-day payment is received. We pack carefully and insure all orders.Payment by mastercard, visa, cheque, international money order (not western union) or paypal (4% surcharge) must be received in full before goods are dispatched. If for any reason you are not satisfied return your book within 30 days and we will happily refund the book purchase price.

The authenticity of autograph material is guaranteed without time limit.
Every effort has been made to describe each item and any defects accurately.
If an item proves unsatisfactory for any reason, it may be returned within 7 days of receipt.

Payment by personal check drawn on a U.S. bank, money order or charge (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, PayPal).
Institutional customers will be accommodated as their procedures require.
U.S. shipping is $5 for the first book, $1 each additional, via Media Mail.
All autographs ship First Class.
Shipping on foreign orders will be quoted at the time an order is placed, as rates are dependent on destination. (whenever possible books will ship via Flat Rate Priority Mail International; small items in regular business envelopes via First Class Mail International, with cardboard protection).
